Ask qualified local counsel to assess the exact device, software version, prize arrangement and proposed location. A vendor's use of the word skill, a tax registration or an out-of-state decision does not establish legality.
Separate written contract terms from sales statements. Keep open questions visible and compare the same term length, service coverage and cost basis across proposals.
